Smoothie cu cirese
Ingrediente:
300 gr cirese fara samburi
1 banana inghetata
1 lingura suc de lamaie
100 ml apa
pudra de vanilie (optional)
Preparare:
Se amesteca toate ingredientele intr-un blender, daca este nevoie se mai poate adauga putina apa.
