Spirulina and Clorella Drink

For me the morning starts with this chlorophyll drink to ensure a maximum of nutrients to the body.  

This is the simplest and best option for me to drink Spirulina and Chlorella. I tried many options to combine Spirulina and Clorella, but this recipe remains the most tasty for me.  

Banana has the role to combine better all the ingredients and to make the drink sweeter.  
The lemon helps the two algae to be assimilated more easily in the body and makes the drink less unsavory.  

200 ml of milk  
1/3 banana  
1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice  
2 spoon Spirulina  
1 teaspoon Chlorella  
1 teaspoon of Canepa protein (optional)  
1/3 teaspoon of Ginseng (optional)  

Mix all the ingredients in the blender.
