Almond Milk
Almonds are rich in proteins, fibres, minerals, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, iron, zinc, copper, calcium, vitamin B17 that is known to fight cancer, vitamin A, F, E and Omega 6 for beauty, elasticity and skin health.
A delicious milk full of vitamins.
Ingredients:
100 gr of almonds
1 liter of water
Preparation:
Soak the almonds in the water overnight, drain and rinse.
Add the almonds and the water in the blender and mix for about 1 minute.
Squeeze the milk through the milk bag or a gauze / sieve.
Store the almond milk in the fridge for 3 days.
Various desserts or other preparations can be made from the remaining pulp.
